Errors and Inaccuracies

Deckers attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, though it is our priority to provide you with complete, current, and accurate information, our website may contain content that is subject to human and/or technological errors (e.g., typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, etc.). This content may include information related to pricing, descriptions, and availability, as well as material that is incomplete or outdated. Deckers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is offered by Deckers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. Deckers reserves the right to correct such information, even after an order has been placed. We may change or update information without prior notice at any time. Consequently, we apologize for any inconvenience that such errors may produce.

Unknown Credit Card Charges

Please keep in mind the following for unknown charges:

A bank has placed an authorization hold for recently canceled or changed orders. When you place an order, Deckers contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this is not an actual charge. If you cancelled your order, the authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To remove an authorization, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorization for online orders.
An order was placed by a family member, friend, or co-worker with access to your card number.
Additional cards are associated with the credit or debit account.
A back-ordered or pre-ordered item shipped.
A gift order shipped.
An order was split into multiple shipments or sent to multiple shipping addresses.
An order was shipped before a failed charge. In this circumstance we will attempt to contact the customer up to two times. After two business days with no response we will attempt to charge the open balance to the card on file.

Shipping Errors

If your order states delivered but you did not receive it then a claim must be submitted to our company for this issue. We will not refund or replace the item without an open claim with our company. These orders may be subject to a completed investigation with the shipping carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued until the investigation is completed in full. The average time for an investigation is eight business days.

Website Access and Contents

Access to this website and its contents may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, necessary maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colors you actually see on the screen. Deckers cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate/the same as the actual product.

Free Next Day Delivery Promotion - First Purchase

Offer only valid exclusively at www.hoka.com. You must place you order before 11:00am GMT to guarantee a delivery the next day.

This entitles the customer to free next day delivery via HOKA website at https://www.hoka.com.

The free next day delivery may only be redeemed online at the above website and may only be used only once per person. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, promotion or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash. The free next day delivery shall be applied to eligible purchases at checkout when the customer enters the unique code in the "Promotion Code” box then continue to payment.

This promotion is open to all EU residents aged 16 years and over, excluding employees of Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else associated with the promotion. Promoter reserves the right to:

Terms & Conditions for the “1 Year of HOKA Supplies” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)

Introduction
1. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Deckers Europe Ltd (“Deckers”), who can be contacted at 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, United Kingdom, W1D 5EU.
2. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Deckers, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
3. The Prize Draw opens every month (the “Monthly Draw”) on the first day of the month at 00:00 (GMT) (except for January 2025, which starts at 10:00 (GMT) on 6th January 2025) and ends on the last day of the respective month at 23:59 (GMT) (each a “Monthly Draw Period”).
Who can enter this Prize Draw?
1. Participants must:
  1. have a valid email address;
  2. be a resident of be residents of, and have a postal address in, AD, AL, AT, BA, BE, BG, CH, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HU, IS, IE, LV, LT, MC, MD, ME, MT, MK, NO, PL, RS, SK, SI or UK; and
  3. be aged 16 or over.
2. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Deckers, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Deckers, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Deckers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
How does the Prize Draw work?
1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
2. Participants can enter via selected HOKA websites, stores and events (see more details below) and any other entry mechanism published by Deckers from time to time (for example, via HOKA’s social media channels). Participants shall only be entered for the Monthly Draw for the calendar month in which they enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw on one of HOKA’s eligible websites (being the HOKA websites for AD, AL, AT, BA, BE, BG, CH, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HU, IS, IE, LV, LT, MC, MD, ME, MT, MK, NO, PL, RS, SK, SI or UK), during a Monthly Draw Period, participants must enter their details, register to receive HOKA email marketing on one of the relevant Prize Draw pop-ups, banners or buttons and remain registered to receive email marketing until the winners for that respective Monthly Draw are chosen per paragraph 3(h) below (together an “Entry”).
4. To enter the Prize Draw in an applicable HOKA store (being HOKA stores in UK, FR and other stores published by Deckers from time to time) or at an applicable in-person HOKA event (including but not limited to the HOKA London Winter Run, Semi de Paris and HOKA Run Club events), during a Monthly Draw Period, participants must scan the relevant Prize Draw QR code on display, enter their details via the relevant Prize Draw landing page to register to receive HOKA email marketing and remain registered to receive email marketing until the winners for that respective Monthly Draw are chosen per paragraph 3(h) below (together an “Entry”).
5. Each participant can only enter one Monthly Draw. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once (whether in one calendar month, or across multiple calendar months), only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as valid.
6. Individuals who are already registered to receive HOKA email marketing at the start of the first Monthly Draw Period (i.e. prior to 10:00 (GMT) on 6th January 2025) will not be eligible to enter this Prize Draw.
7. Participants must remain registered to receive HOKA email marketing until the point at which the winners are selected for their respective Monthly Draw (as per paragraph 3(h) below) in order to be eligible to win.
8. All Entries must be received by Deckers during each Monthly Draw Period or they will be void. Deckers will not accept responsibility for:
  1. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
  2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
9. Within 7 days of the end of each Monthly Draw Period, 4 winners will be selected (1 from all UK Entries, 1 from all France Entries, 1 from all Germany Entries and 1 from all other Entries) for the relevant Monthly Draw at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received during the previous month. For the avoidance of doubt, the first 4 winners will be selected at random from all the Entries received in January 2025 within 7 days of 31st January 2025.
10. The winners of each Monthly Draw will be notified within 10 days of the end of the relevant Monthly Draw Period via the email address used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Notification”).
11. The Prize (defined below) must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winners will also need to provide Deckers with any further information requested by Deckers, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
12. The winners will receive the Prize via the email address used to enter the Prize Draw within 30 days of the date they provide Deckers with the information as set out in paragraph 3(j).
13. The winners may be required to provide Deckers with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
14. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Deckers’ sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
What is the Prize?
1. Each winner will each receive a code for one year’s supply of HOKA products (the “Prize”), being a code redeemable on up to 12 full-price items (each not exceeding £200/€250) (“Eligible Products”) purchased online at HOKA.com. One item per transaction.
2. The winners’ choice of Eligible Products is subject to availability on HOKA.com.
3. The Prize will expire at 23:45 (GMT) on the date 12 months after it is issued to the winner (the “Expiry Date”). For example, the Prize for a winner selected in the December 2025 Monthly Draw will expire at 23:45 (GMT) on 31 December 2026. If a winner does not fully redeem the Prize by the Expiry Date, the winner will forfeit the remainder of the Prize’s value, and Deckers shall not be liable for said winner’s failure to redeem the Prize.
4. Deckers retains the right to exclude any new release products from the Eligible Products at any time.
5. Deckers shall be responsible for the costs of standard shipping the Eligible Products purchased using the Prize to the winner.
6. Prizes do not include any other costs in relation to the Prize. Any expense outside of those specified will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. The prize can be used to purchase one eligible product per transaction – 12 separate transactions to redeem it fully. In the event the winner wishes to purchase their final Eligible Product using the Prize alongside another item, the Prize will automatically apply to the cheapest item in the order and the winner shall be required to pay for the second item.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Deckers determines that the Prize is being misused. Deckers reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
General
1. Deckers reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
2. Deckers will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
3. If you have elected to be added to Deckers’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Deckers will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (https://www.hoka.com/en/gb/privacy-policy.html).
5. Each winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. Each winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Deckers may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
6. The decision of Deckers regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

8. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Deckers is not liable for, and you release Deckers from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

This promotion is valid from 6:30am (CET) on 9th July 2025 and will be available until stocks last.
This promotion is available:
1. Where a customer purchases via the HOKA website either one (1) full priced Rocket X 3 or one (1) full priced Cielo X1 2.0, the customer shall be entitled to one (1) HOKA Airolite Run Top free of charge; or

10% Off First Purchase Promotion

Offer only valid exclusively at www.hoka.com and until 01.02.2026.
This entitles the customer to 10% off their first purchase via the HOKA website at https://www.hoka.com/en/ie. Minimum spend 190€. Full priced items only, excluding Skyflow & Gaviota shoes in all colours.
Discount will be applied to a maximum of three eligible products in the customer’s first purchase. In the event that more than three eligible products are in the customer’s basket, the discount will apply to the three cheapest eligible products.
Where the customer signed up for the promotion via (1) the HOKA website pop-up, or (2) the HOKA website footer or specific landing page, the customer will receive a code that will only be valid for 1 month from the date of issue to the customer.
The 10% discount may only be redeemed online at the above website and may only be used once per customer. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, promotion or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash. The promotion shall be applied to eligible purchases when the customer enters the code in the "Promotion Code” box at the checkout.
In the event of a return, refunds will be based on the total amount paid for your purchased item(s) less the discounted value. Where multiple items are purchased in the same transaction, the value of the discount will be applied proportionately against the cost of each of the items. If only one or some of the items are returned, the amount refunded will be the full price of the returned item(s) less the pro-rata discount amount.
This promotion is open to customers aged 18 years and over resident in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else associated with the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to:
1. Refuse the discount in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions; and
2. Change these terms and conditions or withdraw the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Acceptance of the discount constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Promoter, which is final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
