Extended Returns

We are pleased to offer extended returns and exchanges on all items purchased between 9th October and 24th December 2025.

Customers can return items bought online until January 31, 2026.


Warehouse Migration

To improve our service, we're transitioning to a new warehouse. Returns policies remain unchanged. Your return will be automatically directed to the correct warehouse and you will receive tracking details for your returns. Please note that return processing times may vary.

For purchases made from October 9th to December 24th 2025, you have until January 31st 2026, to return your order. All other purchases have a 30-day return window.

Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery using one of our return solutions.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original branded shoe box or packaging.

Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by an alternative courier or service.

You will receive an email as soon as your refund has been processed.

We do not offer an exchange service for Global-e orders and returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

All Global-e returns will incur a €10 fee. This will be deducted from your total refund.

Please allow up to 15 working days from the date of return before contacting Global-e.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. We aim to refund you within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. We do not currently offer exchanges on Global-e orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.

Please note Global-e returns will incur a €10 returns fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 15 working days from posting your items for the refund or exchange to be processed. If it has been more than 15 days and you have not heard from us, please contact Global-e with your proof of postage so we can investigate.

If you need to return an item purchased at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for further assistance or return to the store of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange items purchased from another retailer.

We offer a two-year limited warranty on all items purchased on hoka.com. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within that two year timeframe, please check our Warranty page for how to initiate a claim and what information you will need to provide.

Please note our Warranty only covers products purchased from hoka.com.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items that remain in a resellable, unworn condition are put back on sale. Items that have been lightly worn (such as items returned under our 30-Day Guarantee) are donated to our partner Soles4Souls. In 2023 Deckers Global (HOKA's parent company) donated more than 640,000 units to support micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs in developing nations, diverting more than 350,000kg of product away from landfill and creating opportunity.

Items that are in unwearable condition and therefore cannot be donated or resold are recycled through our partner FastFeetGrinded.
