Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands: Please allow one extra day for Standard Delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer a Next-Day service to these destinations.

This allows you to pick up or drop off your parcels at a trusted Pickup point, at a time that suits you.
This service is currently available in the following markets: Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. Find your local Pickup point here.
If you are collecting an order, you will be notified by email as soon as your parcel arrives in the shop. You then have 7 days to collect your order. You will then receive a reminder after 4 days by email and text message. If you still have not collected your parcel after the 7 days has elapsed, the parcel will be sent back to us. You will need a proof of original ID and to sign for your parcel. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they'll also need their own ID as well as yours.
Parcels can also be dropped off in any Pickup point for returns. You will be given a receipt to confirm; please keep this until your return has been processed and refund issued. For more information on returns, please see our returns page.
